Poem: Subterranean Sun

Where the fjordy coastline of a cloud,
shifts its aerial tectonics, and --
astonishingly enough --
swallows the sun,

there, faraway beaches glow lit gold
and even the inland mountain-ranges
granite-purple and black
lighten and gleam.
